Trader Joe's MUST HAVES!

One thing that I have learned from being apart of the Instagram food community is that we typically have 3 things in common: 1) A shared love for food, 2) Commitment to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and 3) A shared love for Trader Joe's.
I can't quite put into words what it is about Trader Joe's that is so magical and enthralling... it just is what it is, and what it is is AMAZING. Every time I walk into Trader Joe's I feel this strange sense of relief, and shopping there is honestly a sort of therapy for me!
So, I HAD to share my top TJ's must haves! (Fair warning: This is going to be a long list!)
1) No Joke Ginger Shots
I have been starting my mornings with these for the past few weeks and I'm completely obsessed! They are a great way to boost your metabolism for the day and give you an extra pep in your step.
2) Roasted Garlic Hummus Dip
There's something about hummus and garlic that makes it a match made in heaven. Super yummy and a great healthy snack option!
3) Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip
Dips for the win! This dip is a classic and one of my all time favorites. Pairs perfectly with carrots, snap peas, or Cauliflower Stalks which you can find at Whole Foods!
4) Unsweetened Instant Oatmeal Pouches
I think we can collectively agree that the health + wellness community is just slightly obsessed with oatmeal. These packets are a great base to your bowl, packing in extra fiber and some healthy fats from added chia seeds!
5) Pre-Marinated Chicken
Head to TJ's meat section for some of the best pre-marinated chicken out there! I love using the Chicken Shwarma thighs to make Mediterranean inspired bowls and the Pesto Chicken thighs to add into pasta bowls!
6) Chicken Apple Sausage
Love adding this to scrambles, pasta bowls, and salads! Makes for a perfectly balanced source of protein!
7) California Golden Raisins
Random, I know, but these raisins are a staple in my pantry. I loved adding them to my oatmeal bowls and into my favorite morning muffin recipes!
8) Organic Brown Rice Packets
A staple! These are so quick and easy to make, pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and you have an amazing carb source to add to your meal! Highly highly recommend, if you're not a fan of brown rice they also have Jasmine and Multigrain!
9) Trail Mix Crackers
These are my go to cracker for dips and cheese! They have cashew nuts, raisins, sesame seeds, and fried mung beans. Sounds like a weird combo, but it works! They're the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
10) Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
I'm sure that you all are familiar with this beloved seasoning. Pairs perfectly with almost any savory meal, especially avocado toast and scrambles!
